The Church Bar, Dublin: Sponsors The Sodshow Live at Bloom Fringe 2017

Over the June Bank Holiday weekend 2017, Bloom Fringe celebrated year 4 and from 2 locations over two days took to making this beautiful city in which we live just a little more photosynthetic and, to encourage those who walk it to smile, giggle, chat, pause and play – with maybe a little compost between ones fingers.

The Sodshow Live has been but one wee element of BF for the last 3 years.

Not to take away from the romance in any way, but there is a point where essentially volunteering ones time starts to come with costs and expenses. And this year, The Sodshow was asked if we might hold hands with The Church Bar and Restaurant – it’s placed just off Wolfe Tone Square, Dublin – and accept sponsorship of the live episodes upcoming in podcast over the next months.

In that 2 were recorded at Dublin Castle live and 5 were recorded from Wolfe Tone Square. To the team at The Church Bar and Restaurant and to you in advance for listening – thank you so very very much.

If you would like to help The Sodshow for one, a series or a few months please do get in touch. We are as it stands running entirely on fresh air, hugs and compliments. And whilst we do love being woo’d from virtually from afar – we also need to be a little realistic and realise that one cannot purchase microphones with poetry.

The Sodshow is Ireland’s longest running garden podcast. It airs every Friday and is available in iTunes and all good podcast stores and via The Sodshow website.
